Billy keeps track of all invoices sent
and receipts issued against payments received, and sends out regular statements accordingly - you decide on the frequency.
You can see the status of each
customer's account at a glance, as well as summaries of what’s outstanding and
what’s been received for any period. Everyone in your businesses (for example,
customer service people, bookkeepers and accountants, sales staff) sees the
same current data using the same system.

Billy to send their bills to you, and then you print them out and post them to
them just like in the old days.
